The website
- The content is here for information: it describes what we do and how we work.
- Nothing on the site is a binding offer, a quote, or a promise of a particular result. Prices and timelines depend on scope and are agreed in writing.
- Examples of work are shown with the client's permission. Where a client's data is confidential, the screens are illustrations rather than real client data.
- We may change or update the content at any time.
Intellectual property
The design, text, code and images of this site belong to On Point Analysis. Third-party logos belong to their owners and are shown to identify the client. Please ask before copying substantial parts of the site.
Working with us
Every engagement runs on a separate written agreement covering scope, timeline, price and responsibilities. The points below describe how we normally work. The signed agreement always takes precedence.
- The price is fixed and agreed before work starts.
- Payment: 50% up front, then per project or monthly under contract.
- The price covers building your solution. Running costs such as hosting, domains and third-party or API fees are on your side, and we name them before we start.
- Once the work is paid for in full, the delivered solution and its data are yours. We keep the rights to our general know-how and to reusable internal components created before or outside your project.
- We sign an NDA on request, before seeing anything sensitive.
Third-party services
Solutions we build often rely on services you hold accounts with: hosting, databases, AI providers, messaging platforms. Those are governed by their own terms and pricing, and we are not responsible for their outages, changes or costs.
Liability
We do the work with professional care. The website itself is provided as is, and we do not warrant that it will be uninterrupted or free of errors.
To the extent the law allows, our liability in connection with a project is limited to the amount you paid us for the affected work, and we are not liable for indirect losses such as lost profit or for data loss where a backup was available. Nothing here limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the law of the Republic of Uzbekistan, where On Point Analysis is based, unless your signed agreement with us provides otherwise.
Changes
We may update these terms; the date at the top shows when. Continued use of the site means you accept the current version.
