Privacy
There are no forms on this site and nothing to sign up for. We do not show ads, we do not track you across other websites, and we do not sell your data. Anything beyond what is needed to make the site work, analytics for example, is switched on only if you agree, and you can change your mind.
Data inside client projects is a separate matter, and we treat it as confidential. See "Working on client data" below.
Who we are
On Point Analysis designs and builds custom websites, data platforms, AI integrations and process automation. We are a small senior team and we work worldwide, in English and Russian. For anything in this policy, write to customercare@onpointanalysis.com.
What this website collects
Nothing through forms
There are no forms, no sign-up and no accounts here. You cannot submit data to us through this site: you contact us directly by email or Telegram.
One item in your browser
When you switch language, the choice is saved locally under opa.lang so the site remembers it next time. It stays on your device, we cannot read it, and clearing your browser data removes it.
Hosting logs
The site is served by Cloudflare. Like any web host, it records technical request data such as IP address, browser type, the page requested and a timestamp. This is used to keep the site running, to prevent abuse and to handle security incidents. We do not use these logs to build profiles of visitors.
Cookies and similar technologies
A cookie is a small file a site asks your browser to keep. Local storage does the same job in a different place. We group them by what they are for, not by the technology:
- Necessary — needed for the site to work, or to remember a setting you chose yourself. Your language choice is stored this way. These do not need your consent, because without them the thing you asked for stops working.
- Analytics — used to count visits and see which pages actually help people. These are set only if you agree. Declining costs you nothing: the site works exactly the same.
- Advertising — we use none and do not plan to. We do not track you across other websites and we do not build advertising profiles.
Where consent is required, you are asked before anything is set, not after. You can change your mind at any time through Cookie settings at the bottom of any page, and you can always block or delete cookies in your browser settings. Our analytics provider is Google Analytics 4. It runs only after you agree, and Google then processes technical data such as your IP address on our behalf.
Outside services this page contacts
Two, both on the homepage, and both because of the interactive globe:
- ipapi.co — receives your IP address to work out which country you are in, so the globe can greet you and highlight it. Nothing else is sent. If the request fails, the site falls back to your browser time zone and no data leaves your device.
- cdn.jsdelivr.net — serves the country outlines drawn on the globe. Like any content network, it sees your IP address when your browser fetches that file.
Fonts are served from our own domain. There is no Google Fonts and no third-party font service.
What we do not do
- No advertising and no advertising pixels
- No tracking of you across other websites
- No profiling, scoring or automated decisions about you
- No analytics without your consent
- We do not sell, rent or share your data with anyone
If you contact us
When you write by email or Telegram we keep the correspondence for as long as we need it to answer you and, if we start working together, for the project and for our record-keeping afterwards. We use it only to reply and to do the work.
Working on client data
If we work on your systems, that data is yours and we treat it as confidential:
- We sign an NDA before we see anything sensitive
- Access is limited to the people actually building your project. We do not use subcontractors
- We can work inside your own environment if your rules require it
- We do not use your data for our own purposes, and we do not use it to train AI models
- When a project ends we delete or return working copies on request
Your rights
You can ask us to confirm what personal data we hold about you, to correct it, to delete it, or to object to how we use it. Write to customercare@onpointanalysis.com and we will answer within 30 days. If you are in the EU or the UK and our answer does not satisfy you, you may complain to your local data protection authority.
Changes
If this policy changes, the date at the top changes with it. Anything significant will be described here rather than altered quietly.
